Courses UNIV 189B: Global Communities Colloquium II: Understanding Culture and Cultural Differences

In this Global Communities colloquium, students will gain further understanding of intercultural communication, culture, and cultural difference through the study of specific geographical regions and topics of global interest. We will focus our efforts on specific regions of the world. While introducing these regions, students will also train their abilities to research and evaluate information regarding culture and global events, thus preparing for work in future GC courses and the GC portfolio.
